Insurance and Payments
I do not accept insurance but if you have out-of-network insurance benefits and would like to use those, I’ll be happy to provide you with a statement that you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Fees are due at time of services by cash or check. If you’d like to pay with a credit card or through Paypal, please make your payment below before your session.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Please note that you will be responsible for and required to pay the full appointment fee if sufficient notice has not been given.
